The Cholesterol Low Down

Did you know that having high cholesterol levels is one of the major risk factors for heart disease? The good news is that it is a risk factor that is totally preventable with proper diet, exercise, and medical intervention. The American Heart Association, in addition to this website, is dedicated to preventing heart disease. The AHA has a program called the Cholesterol Low Down, which educates people on the danger of high cholesterol levels and heart disease. Check it out here.
