Former President Clinton To Have Bypass Surgery

Former President Bill Clinton is due to have heart bypass surgery sometime this week. This procedure is usually performed due to the accumulation of fats on the arteries of the circulatory system. Heart disease has many sources, however, high cholesterol can be the culprit in some of these cases. These fats will narrow the artery and impede blood flow to the brain, heart, and other organs of the body. This process is usually silent until a heart attack or stroke occurs. In the case of former President Clinton, an episode of chest pain caused him to seek medical attention. Unfortunately, many individuals initially ignore these symptoms, which can prove deadly. Many factors can contribute to heart disease. Clinton attributed his to genetic factors and his previous bad eating habits consisting of fast food.Read about this study here.
