Cholesterol-Lowering Amino Acids

Recent research has indicated that certain amino acids may play a role in lowering cholesterol levels. Although these amino acids are usually obtained through food or manufactured by our bodies, your local pharmacy or nutrition store also has these amino acids available as a supplementation.
