Can Drinking Tea Cure Your Cholesterol Woes?

Tea is one of the most commonly consumed beverages worldwide and possesses a lot of beneficial properties that afford it the reputation of being a healthy drink. Tea contains many different types of antioxidants. Catechins, one of the antioxidants found in varying amounts of different teas, has been shown to lower cholesterol levels and reduce the plaques that cause atherosclerosis.
