Can Guggul Lower Cholesterol?

The herbal remedy guggul has been used in Indian Ayurvedic medicine for centuries for obesity, osteoarthritis, and some skin conditions. Over the years, research has suggested that guggul also may be useful in lowering total cholesterol levels, especially triglycerides and LDL cholesterol. within he last 5 years I have regulated my training,medications,and suppliments.On two separate blood tests I changed the diet a few months beore by addig Guggul and the lastdrop in ll was from 92 to 71. I will continue as long as isee these results. Happy and Healhy days to ll of you
