Resolve to Keep Your Heart Healthy in 2009

Have you made your New Year's resolution yet? When making out your list, make sure that you add a healthy heart onto it. With visions of weight loss and making money at the beginning of the new year, some people forget the importance of good health - including the heart.

One way you can begin your heart-healthy resolution is by keeping your cholesterol levels within their normal ranges. It requires just making a few changes in your lifestyle.
