Can Sage Lower Cholesterol Levels?

nullSage is a spice more commonly used to add flavor to a variety of foods -- including dressing, meat, and soups. But did you know that sage is considered to have medicinal properties? Sage has also been used in alternative medicine to treat various medical conditions, and it is thought that this herb may also help lower cholesterol levels.
