
Although we know that exercise helps keep us trim and our cholesterol levels healthy, doing this can be awfully hard to do during the winter months. Just because it's cold outside, it doesn't mean that you have an excuse not to exercise. Whether you're content with exploring the wintery outdoors or staying indoors where it is warm, there are plenty of ways to fit exercise into your cholesterol-lowering regimen during the winter months.
