Having a high LDL, or "bad", cholesterol is a risk factor for developing heart disease down the road. Although your LDL levels can be influenced by genes, they can also be increased by the type of lifestyle that you lead. Luckily, there are a few things you can do that may help you to keep your LDL cholesterol levels within a healthy range. This article will help you to identify ways you can help lower your LDL cholesterol.
