Follow this 850 to 980 calorie Thanksgiving meal plan for a low-cholesterol spin on traditional favorites. While 850 calories is certainly more than your typical dinner meal, it is preferable to the astonishing 2,000 to 5,000 calories of the average Thanksgiving meal. Bon appétit!
