Beginning a cholesterol-lowering diet can be tough especially if you have never had to watch what you eat before finding out that your cholesterol was high. Checking food labels, monitoring portions, adding more fruits and veggies -- it may sound daunting, but these things can help make your diet heart-healthy. While there are many cholesterol-friendly foods that can be included in your diet, it can be little difficult at first. What was the hardest thing about starting a cholesterol-lowering diet and how have you managed it so far? If you have any favorite meal plans or recipes, please share them with us.
