Holiday parties are associated with many happy memories -- family, friends, and -- of course -- good food. Unfortunately, consuming some of these fattening foods can spell disaster for your cholesterol-lowering efforts. But if you’re being 'good' and not touching these foods, this may also put a damper on your fun.
