Don't swallow the whole buffet line!
- I try to be very careful when I'm out eating. Especially if I know there's going to be a lot of fatty food. I will take a little bit of healthier foods on my plate and take my time eating it and try to socialize at much as I can at the party. I find that if I'm talking, then I am not eating as much (or eating out of boredom).
