Eating healthy is probably one of the most important things you can do to help lower your cholesterol. Not only does this involve planning some of your meals in the beginning, but it also involves shopping for healthy foods. There are many ways to keep your kitchen stocked with healthy foods, and we would love to hear how you are doing this. What are you doing to keep your kitchen cholesterol-friendly?
