When trying to lower your cholesterol, shopping for low-fat foods can be difficult at first. Should you just go to an all-natural health food store? Which aisles should you go to in the store? What should be on your shopping list? These many questions can turn an easy shopping trip into a confusing -- and disastrous -- experience. While shopping for cholesterol-friendly foods is not hard, it does involve some planning, and we would love to hear how you are doing this. Lists

I totally agree with making a list before you go to the store especially if you are someone like me and is tempted by cakes and stuff. I make a list and stick to it and make sure that the things on my list are healthy for my cholesterol and diabetes.
