Studies have shown a positive link between moderate exercise and lowering your cholesterol. Sometimes, it can be a little hard to implement an exercise plan -- especially if you already have a full schedule each day, and/or are a little out of shape. If you've added exercise to help lower your cholesterol, what types of exercise are you doing and how are you keeping on track? lazy day

even on days i REALLY don't want to go to the gym, i tell/force myself to at least have a lazy day. Where i'll just start off with 10 minutes of the tread mill, and then 10 mins on the elliptical. Hey - 20 min work out is better than nothing!
