Implementing an exercise

- I do weekly workouts on saturdays from 0500 am to 0830 am every morning and it has been 4 years now and the results are fantastic! Including a 5 km marathon!
EXERCISE TO KEEP THE HEART HEALTHY
- MY MORNING STARTS AT 5.30AM WITH A BRISK 3KM WALK.IN THE EVENINGS BETWEEN
6PM AND 6.45PM I RIDE ON A STATIONARY BICYCLE FOR ABOUT 30 TO 40 MINUTES.THIS I DO AFTER HAVING BEEN DIAGNOSED AND FITTED WITH STENTS.I HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE STYLE WITH PROPER SELECTION OF FOODS THAT I EAT.THIS HAS BROUGHT MY WEIGHT DOWN AND I FEEL A DIFFERENT PERSON.
