Milk, cheese, yogurt... all of these are chock-full of nutrients like calcium, but if you’re beginning a cholesterol-lowering diet, these foods may seem off limits due to their saturated fat content. However, you don’t necessarily need to avoid all dairy, especially if you watch your fat intake when consuming these foods.
