Can I Still Eat Chocolate With High Cholesterol?

Let's face it, there are a lot of us out there that are chocolate lovers. I am one of them. Unfortunately, when you are trying to lower your cholesterol levels, some foods cannot be incorporated into the new meal plan. However, chocolate may not be one of these foods. In fact, research has shown that certain types of chocolate are full of antioxidants that can be healthy for our bodies, including our hearts.
