Following a cholesterol-lowering diet can be tough – especially when you’re already on a tight budget. Some healthy foods can be a little pricey, whereas some foods that could sabotage your cholesterol -- such as fast foods and junk foods -- can be relatively cheap, making it very tempting to break your diet.
