i am diagnosed with diabeties along with the above 2 problems, i am 44 yrs of age, 5ft 7 inches, wt 78kgs, i am having above problems from 4 years. now i go to gym workout for 1 and half hours in morning and do some asanas in the evening. i maintain a strict diet of ragi, jower limited rice. can you suggest me any tips
